You can change the navigation functions assigned to the mouse buttons to better suit your CAD software, set how tapped holes are identified and customize the default settings for quote specifications for cutting services such as external shape tolerances, dimensional tolerances and hole precision. You can also set up email notifications at certain points when using the meviy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Authority settings for part number<\/th>\nYou can set the visibility of issued part numbers and the\npurchase permission settings.\n

  • Permissions for others to view issued part numbers: If you select [Share], your projects for\nwhich a part number has been issued will be available to view by other users and will be\nsearchable by part number.<\/li>\n \t
  • Permissions for purchasing issued part numbers: If you select [Issue part numbers that can be\npurchased by anyone], other users will be able to purchase on the MISUMI website platform the models that\nyou create by using the issued part number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Simple 2D Drawing File Format<\/th>\nThe file format for downloaded simple 2D drawings can be set as a PDF or PNG. The file format is PDF by default.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Automatic Hole Type Recognition<\/th>\n\n

  • This is a setting for the service to automatically recognize the hole type from 3D CAD data and reflect it in the quotation conditions.<\/li>\n \t
  • By default, it automatically recognizes tapped holes by detecting the hole shape and \u2018hole diameter\u2019 of the model. You can set your CAD software to recognize the tapped hole more smoothly.<\/li>\n \t
  • You can also change the settings to automatically recognize the hole type from the hole color.<\/li>\n \t
  • *Currently, the color attribute linkage is only supported for models designed in SOLIDWORKS and iCAD SX.Furthermore, you can change the settings to automatically recognize the hole type from the CAD’s hole attribute.<\/li>\n \t
