People eligible for the campaign

Those who meet all of the following conditions

1. Those who entered the campaign form during the campaign period
2. Those who quoted and ordered parts via meviy for the first time during the campaign period, or the person who issued the part number of the first ordered part via meviy if the quote and order user is different

Products eligible for the campaign

• meviy Sheet Metals, CNC Milling, Turning Parts
  *Applicable only to part number products starting with “MV”. Other MISUMI products are not eligible.

About a Gift

• The right to receive the gift is valid only for the applicant. We cannot accept exchanges, cash exchanges, returns, transfers, etc.
• Certificated users to get the gift will receive a $10 Amazon.com eGift Card to your business email address entered the campaign.
• The gift will be delivered by email by the end of March.
• Please check your email reception settings. Your entry will be invalidated if we are unable to deliver the gift notification email due to reasons such as refusal to receive emails from us.

Precaution

• This campaign is only applicable to the United States and Canada.
• Entry is required for this campaign. If there are no entries, you will not receive a gift even if you order parts during thecampaign period.
• Entry is valid only once per person per email address.
• Eligible products are only parts ordered with meviy. Other MISUMI products are not eligible.
• If the part number issue user and the order user are different, the campaign targets the part number issue user.
• We check your order history using the email address of the part number issue user of the ordered part. For entry, please use your business email address of the account that quoted with  meviy.
• The part number issue user refers to the person who quoted with meviy.
• During the campaign period, the order of entry and first order does not matter.

Privecy Policy of us

• To enter this campaign, you must consent to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, you will not be able to enter the campaign.
• Personal information collected by MISUMIUSA will be used for communications from MISUMI USA regarding campaigns, information on products and services of MISUMI Group companies, surveys, etc. based on the “MISUMI USA, INC. PRIVACY POLICY” .
• Please note your registration for the e-mail newsletters published by MISUMI and meviy will be completed while entering this campaign.

Terms and Conditions of Winter Reward

1. The MISUMI meviy Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to eligible entrants that access the appropriate website URL and complete the steps below from MISUMI USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway will be active from December 11th, 2023 at 12:00A.M. CST until February 29th, 2024 at 11:59 P.M. CST (“Entry Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Giveaway at any time after the start of the Giveaway without notice. Eligible entrants must be legal residents of the United States or Canada and at least 21 years old prior to the end of the Entry Period (“Entrant(s)”). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, dealerships, and those associated with the development, distribution, implementation or administration of the Giveaway and their immediate families (including parents, in-laws, siblings, children, spouse or partner, regardless of residence) and members of the same household, are not eligible to enter or participate in the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to verify Entrants’ eligibility at any time.
2. To enter the Giveaway, Entrants must, during the Entry Period: (1) access the appropriate website URL on Sponsor’s website; (2) generate a quote and purchase the quoted product(s); and (3) fully complete and submit the associated entry form to Sponsor (“Entry”). Limit one (1) Entry per person. Failure to fully complete and submit any of the above requirements may disqualify the Entry. Sponsor must receive all Entries during the Entry Period. Sponsor’s time clock shall be the official time clock of the Giveaway. Any attempt by any Entrant to submit more than one (1) Entry, including the creation of multiple accounts, will void such Entry and the Entrant may be disqualified. The use of automated or third-party software or other circumventions to enter the Giveaway is prohibited.
3. On or around March 7th, 2024 , the Sponsor will send to Entrants, via email, the Prize below, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions.
4. Prize: $10 Amazon Gift Card (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $10 USD. Sponsor reserves the right to, at its sole discretion and without notice to the customer, substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize is unavailable. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any errors or defects associated with the Prize. The winner of the Prize is responsible for all fees and costs associated with the Prize. If the potential winner fails to comply completely with these terms and conditions, the potential winner shall forfeit any Prize.
5. Sponsor’s decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to the Giveaway, eligibility and awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party. By participating in the Giveaway, entrant hereby authorizes the Sponsor to collect, use, process, transfer, and store any and all data provided by participants, including without limitation, personal information, that Sponsor deems appropriate. Sponsor’s privacy policy conditions are available at https://us.misumi-ec.com/contents/privacy/. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes consent that Sponsor, and its marketing and promotional partners may use Entrants name, likeness, or image for commercial promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
6. By entering the Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which govern and are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway and the awarding of the Prize. By entering the Giveaway each Entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered, sustained or allegedly sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any Prize. Sponsor and its affiliates, parent company, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors shall not be liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet connectivity, network hardware, software, computers, scanning equipment, or mobile devices; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (5) incomplete, inaccurate, late, lost, misdirected, undeliverable or damaged entries or submission; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. If for any reason an Entrant’s Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Entry in the Giveaway, time permitting.
7. Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control (“Disruption”) impairs the integrity or proper functioning or administration of the Giveaway, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of a Disruption, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to all eligible Entrants unaffected by the Disruption. Notice of such action shall be sent via the email address provided during completion of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions or in a disruptive manner. Failure to enforce any term of the herein shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
8. Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, or the appropriate Illinois State Court located within Cook County, Illinois, in which Entrants consent to personal jurisdiction; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms and conditions, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.
9. All orders are subject to acceptance under Sponsor’s standard terms and conditions of sale available on its website at: https://us.misumi-ec.com/contents/terms/use.html. Other restrictions may apply, and Sponsor reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notification.
