MISUMI “We Love Our Customers” Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF The MISUMI “We Love Our Customers” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to eligible entrants from February 1, 2025 through February 28, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Eligible entrants must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and at least twenty-one (21) years old prior to the Entry Period. Employees, officers, shareholders and directors of MISUMI USA, Inc. (“MISUMI” or “Sponsor”), and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and those associated with the development, distribution, implementation or administration of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate families (including parents, in-laws, siblings, children, spouse or partner, regardless of residence) and members of the same household, are not eligible to enter or participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to verify entrants’ eligibility at any time.
2. To enter, during the Entry Period, eligible entrants must either place an order with Sponsor or mail a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope with a return address, including first and last name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code to: We Love Our Customers Sweepstakes, MISUMI USA, INC., Attn: Industrial Digital Manufacturing, 1475 E. Woodfield Rd., Ste. 1300, Schaumburg, IL 60173 (“Entries). Limit one (1) Entry per Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries will void such Entries and the entrant may be disqualified. The use of automated or third-party software or other circumventions to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited.
3. Each week in February, Sponsor’s judges shall conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period to select a prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
4. Prize: Ultra Sound Speaker with 10W Bamboo Wireless Charger or 17 oz. Rumble Bottle with Bluetooth Speaker. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $50.00 USD. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute either prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Winner is responsible for all fees and costs associated with the prize, including, but not limited to any required internet plan(s), phone plan(s), or subscription(s). The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for

(5) business days of the Sweepstakes drawing. The winner may be required to sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility, publicity (TN residents need not sign publicity release) and liability release in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions in order to be eligible to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond or fails to comply with these Official Rules or Sponsor’s prize claim instructions within a reasonable period of time, the potential winner shall forfeit any prize. In the event Sponsor does not award the prize to the first potential winner, Sponsor shall conduct an alternate drawing from among all remaining non-winning eligible Entries. Sponsor shall conduct up to two (2) alternate drawings, and if no eligible winners claim the prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the prize shall not be awarded. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries and prize claims are received.

7. Sponsor will ship the prize via mail or courier to the residential address provided by the verified winner in the affidavit of Sponsor shall ship prizes on or around February 14, 2025 and February 28, 2025 following verification of winner eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for loss, delay or damage in prize shipment or delivery.
8. Sponsor’s decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, eligibility and awarding of the prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules which govern and are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and the awarding of the prize. By entering the Sweepstakes each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered, sustained or allegedly sustained in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor and its employees, officers, shareholders and directors of MISUMI, and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and those associated with the development, distribution, implementation or administration of the Sweepstakes shall not be liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet connectivity, network hardware, software computers, badges, scanning equipment, or mobile devices; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; (5) incomplete, inaccurate, late, lost, misdirected, undeliverable or damaged Entries or submission; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is to submit another entry in the Sweepstakes, if possible. If the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that technical, programming or other unforeseen circumstances cause more potential winners than intended as set forth in these Official Rules, MISUMI reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among the excess eligible
11. Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control (“Disruption”) impairs the integrity or proper functioning or administration of the Sweepstakes, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of a Disruption, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize via random drawing conducted from among all eligible Entries unaffected by the Notice of such action shall be posted at Sponsor’s Event booth. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Failure to enforce any term of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, or the appropriate Illinois State Court located within Cook County, Illinois in which entrants consent to personal jurisdiction; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.
