Option for Additional Edge Breaking
Effective June 23, 2024, in response to customer concerns about burrs on non-appearance surfaces, meviy will now offer the option of additional Edge Breaking for sheet metal.
All meviy sheet metal parts are guaranteed to have 0.1mm or less burrs or raised edges on the appearance edges of parts during the cutting process, but with this additional option, we can now offer R0.1 equivalent quality on every edge, including the appearance and reverse sides of your custom parts.

How to Quote Additional Edge Breaking
STEP1. Upload your 3D model and select “Sheet Metal”.
STEP2. Select “Equivalent to 0.1 Radius” in the Edge breaking menu.
STEP3. Click “Confirm the quotation conditions” after “Edge breaking with Equivalent to 0.1 Radius” is displayed in the lower left corner of the 3D Viewer.
