As of Friday, June 7, 2024, meviy has added four painted colors – Black, White, Gray, and Yellow – to meviy Sheet Metal, as part of the Economy Shipping service option. This change is in response to the widespread demand for quality, affordably priced coated sheet metal fabricated parts.
For selects and orders placed for a shipping date after 22 days, an automatic 30% discount is applied – and rest assured, the quality of our products remains unchanged.

Quality
Paint Color
meviy uses environmentally friendly, weather-resistant powder coatings made in Japan. Thick film coating is easy to apply, which reduces the painting and baking process and offers good economy. Please note that the actual color may vary slightly from the approximate Munsell value.
Coating Thickness and Pretreatment
After solvent degreasing with thinner and iron phosphate coating treatment, parts are coated with a coating thickness of 80 µ±30 (excluding thickness tolerance).

Visual inspection for color, dust, stains, dimples, etc.

Scratches
The hanging jig used during the painting process may leave some scratches and marks; see the image at right.

- Depending on the quotation conditions, such as material and surface treatment, it may take longer than the stated shipping days.
- Some materials and surface treatments are not covered for Sheet Metal.
- Regarding CNC Turning, when you order two or more pieces, you will get 10% off even if you select the Economy Shipping service option. However, you can get a more discounted rate than ordering one part due to a quantity discount.
- When using the Economy Shipping service option, “-L” is added to the end of your part number.
