Shapes Eligible for Quotation

  • The product shapes that can be quoted as sheet-metal welded parts, as well as the shape elements that are eligible for welding, are listed below.
  • Please note that depending on the outer shape or dimensional conditions, some of these shapes may still be impossible to manufacture.
  • If a part cannot be manufactured, a notice will be displayed on the screen, or you will be contacted by meviy Support after the order is placed.

To avoid bending interference, the model will be split into multiple parts and converted into a shape that can be manufactured as a sheet-metal welded assembly.

*R-bent sections will not be split into separate parts. In some cases, other shapes may also fail to split successfully and result in an error. If this occurs, please contact meviy Support.

Tip

For the automatic quotation to succeed, each component of the product must be valid as an individual sheet-metal model.

Including shapes such as those shown below, certain designs may not be manufacturable due to equipment processing limitations.
