Inspection Details
- External appearance inspection: Defects, dents, unevenness, condition of painting coat, condition of surface treatment, condition of welded areas (visual).
- Dimensional check: Viewer display dimensions (digital Vernier calipers, goniometers, etc.)
- Inspection frequency: As part of each process and immediately prior to shipment.
