Appearance of Edge Breaking

  • Example of contact points between plates without welding:
  • 304 Stainless Steel (2B), back side welded
  • Surface treatment of areas without weld beads between corner welds
  • Example: Low Carbon Steel (Cold/Hot Rolled), Deep Orange (RAL 2011 equiv., (CMYK 0 50 83 12) 2.5YR6.5/13

Deburring finish

  • There is a possibility of minor scratches on appearance surfaces from the double-sided deburring machine used to eliminate burrs.
  • Contact areas between non-welded plates may be slightly more noticeable compared to non-deburred parts. (Top left photo)
  • Additionally, surface treatment may adhere poorly, especially in areas without weld beads between corner welds. (Photo bottom left)
