Angular tolerances
- Angular tolerances can be specified for angles between surfaces.
- Blank and pocket surfaces can be selected.
Specifiable tolerance range

When selecting heat treatment and nitriding, the following tolerance ranges can be specified

*General tolerances are quoted for ｍanual quotations.
Angular dimension unit
- Angular dimensions are expressed in decimal notation. (e.g. 30.5°±0.2°)
- *Notation in minutes and seconds (sexagesimal) is not supported.
Processing examples
Surfaces where angular tolerances cannot be specified
Angular tolerances cannot be specified for the following surfaces.
Hole opening
Chamfered surface
R surface
Surfaces that are not parallel to the origin coordinate planes
*The displayed dimension for the selected planes must be parallel to one of the XYZ planes.
Surfaces with too small an area
*The area of the selected surface must be at least 9㎟.
Surfaces with an angle of 180°
Precautions
- One-sided tolerances require a manual quotation.
- For overlapping dimensions, priority will be determined based on the following order.Geometric tolerances＞Position tolerance＞Angular tolerances＞Position Dimension General Tolerance＞Angular General Tolerance
