Expansion of bending range: Black anodized (matte) enjoys great popularity

From 14 May 2021, the automatic quotation range for black anodized (matte) has been expanded.

Black anodized (matte) has been very popular since its release. Until now, we have only accepted requests for flat plates with a thickness of 4.0 mm or more.

With the recent release, bent parts with a thickness of 4.0 mm or more can be quoted automatically and instantly.

Can you identify with the following problems?
  • • We manufacture optical system parts and are looking for materials that that prevents reflection and stray light.
  • • The appearance of the product looks cheap. It should have a more dignified look.
  • • If it is treated with black alumite, it will be glossy and scratches will be noticeable.

What is black anodized (matte)?

  • • Chemical treatment is used for surface preparation. It is excellent for low color irregularities and aesthetics
  • • 11 patterns in thicknesses from 0.8 to 6.0 mm, available in sizes up to 1100 x 800 x 400 mm
  • • The delivery is only 8 days

General information

This black anodized (matte) has been very popular since its release in February 2021. The only drawback was that it did not support bending with a thickness of 4.0 mm or more.

With the high demand from our customers, we have now expanded the bending range with sufficient manufacturing capacity.
