Quality Control of Socket Mounted Products

Regarding the appearance of socket mounted products

For steel material, after welding, heat discoloration on both the front and back sides of the socket installation area will be removed using a file. Scratching or abrasion marks may remain.

Low Carbon Steel (Cold Rolled) with Electrolytic Zinc Plating、may have some plating peeling due to socket mounting.

For stainless steel materials, After welding, heat discoloration is removed by electrolytic polishing.

The following points are inspected to ensure proper fastening performance:
・A tapered thread can pass through from the front (protruding) side
・No weld bead intrudes into the inner diameter of the socket on the back side

We do not guarantee the strength of products with sockets, but we will ship them after confirming that there are no problems with fastening.
