Determining Difficult-to-Weld Areas
- Even for areas identified as weld locations, changes to the welding position may be suggested due to reasons such as the welding area being too narrow to reach.
- In such cases, the “Quality Agreement Items” will be displayed. Please refer to the following for specific model examples.
Cases Where Parts and Tools Interfere
Small-sized models with weld locations inside box-shaped structures
Welding location is in a narrow space between parallel plates
- Please resolve the issue by changing the welding direction setting from “Both Sides” to “Single Side,” or proceed with the quote after agreeing to the “Quality Agreement Item”.
- If agreed, we will manufacture using any welding method or direction during welding.
