Scope of Leak-Free Testing

Leak-free testing can be configured in the [Basic Information] menu of the Welded Sheet Metal Service.

Leak tests are performed on all continuous welds.

*For the “Leak-Free” setting method, refer to the operation manual “Setting Basic Information_Indicate whether leak-free confirmation is required“; for the applicable range, see below.

Materials and Surface Treatments Supported for Leak-Free Indication

Materials and surface treatments for which leak testing can be indicated are as follows.
  • 〇：Automatic estimation possible
  • △：Automatic estimation not possible, but manual estimation by meviy Support is possible
  • －：Neither automatic nor manual estimation possible
